About

I am a Research Scientist at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, and an affiliate of the NSF Center for Brains, Minds and Machines.

My research is at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and brain science. I am specifically interested in human and computer vision. I have been working on core problems in the fields of visual perceptual organization, visual recognition, and visual interpretation of objects, human activities, and social interactions. My goal is to understand visual cognition and perception through computational models.
